Kids Activities

We’re happy to have a variety of kids activities that both entertain and teach about our environment

  • Have you ever been to one of our parks and wondered what the different types of plants and animals were in the area? Stop by Warren County’s Department of Land Preservation to “Ask a Naturalist” table! Jennifer Correa-Kruegel has over 20 years of experience in exploring NJ. She will be on hand to answer any questions you might have along with some artifacts and activities too! Get a taste of the free group programs that the county is now offering!
  • Dove Environmental Education will be on hand with a “New Jersey Wildlife and Litter” display and Free Grab and Go Crafts for Kids.
  • The National Parks Conservation Association will have a very cool interactive water table where different kinds of landscapes are shown.  Kids can ‘make it rain’ and see how pollution can happen.
